The Maintenance Department provides custodial, construction/renovation, grounds, maintenance, and safety services for the Meramec Valley R-III School District. The department maintains 3 secondary schools, 4 elementary schools, 1 early childhood building site, 1 special services site, and several non-student occupied buildings. This includes approximately 595,983 building square footage and 175.1 approximate acreage.

The MVR-III Maintenance Department has been hard at work, completing significant projects across our facilities. These updates were made possible thanks to the dedication and hard work of our Maintenance team over the summer. We appreciate their efforts in ensuring our facilities are in top shape for students and staff.

Pacific High School

Robertsville Elementary

• Carpeting/old floor tile removed and replaced with new tile
